Services

Six ways I move a business forward.

Three are the work I do personally. Two are delivered with my team, on the same brief and the same reporting. The sixth is for everything that does not fit a box.

When a project needs a developer or an automation build, I bring in people I already work with. You still brief one person, and one person is still accountable for the result.

Service 01

Local SEO

For businesses whose customers are searching nearby right now: trades, clinics, repair services and professional services with a service area.

Most local businesses set up a Google Business Profile once and assume the job is done. Modern local search rewards activity, relevance and consistency, not setup. The work is in making Google confident about what you do and exactly where you do it.

On a recent HVAC project this approach took monthly calls from 27 to 78 in two months, with profile interactions up 26.4% and website clicks up 38.5%.

+188%Monthly calls
+26.4%Profile interactions
+38.5%Website clicks
  • Google Business Profile audit and full restructuring: services, products, categories, description
  • Hyper-local strategy, expanding relevance into nearby service areas rather than just the main city
  • Service-based content structure so each service has genuine topical depth
  • Visual optimisation: geo-relevant images, real service photos, proper file naming
  • Educational posting strategy rather than discount spam
  • Local citations and consistency across directories
  • Website local SEO: on-page, schema markup, internal linking
  • Lead-focused Meta and Google Ads where paid support makes sense
  • Call and form tracking, so you know which channel produced which lead
  • You serve a defined geographic area
  • The phone ringing is a good month
  • You rank in your suburb but nowhere nearby

Service 03

eCommerce Growth

For Shopify stores, Etsy sellers and Amazon brands that have products worth selling and a discovery problem.

Marketplace growth is rarely one tactic. It is search visibility, listing quality, store structure, advertising and consistent management working as one system. Sellers who treat a store as a catalogue plateau. Sellers who treat it as an evolving business compound.

Across eCommerce projects I have contributed to more than $10M in combined client revenue, including $2.0M through Etsy SEO and store management for a single jewellery brand.

$2.0MEtsy revenue, one store
44.7%Shopify conversion rate
2.1MEtsy store views
  • Shopify SEO: collection and product page optimisation, technical fixes, site speed
  • Etsy SEO: keyword research, titles, tags, categories and attributes
  • Product research backed by demand data rather than preference
  • Listing optimisation for both search visibility and conversion
  • Amazon PPC, listing optimisation and Seller Central management
  • TikTok Shop and eBay marketplace support
  • Store structure and navigation so buyers discover more than one product
  • Ongoing management: performance reviews, keyword refinement, trend analysis
  • Conversion optimisation across the buying journey
  • You sell on Shopify, Etsy or Amazon
  • Traffic exists but orders do not follow
  • You add products without a system

Service 04 · With my team

Website Development

WordPress and Shopify builds that are fast, easy to edit and structured so the SEO work has something to stand on.

A site that a marketer cannot edit becomes a bottleneck within a month. Everything I build is handed over in a state where you can change copy, add a page or launch a landing page without booking a developer.

This work is delivered with a small team I already work with, on the same brief and the same reporting. You still brief one person.

  • WordPress builds with Elementor, structured for non-technical editing
  • Shopify store development, including a mobile experience designed rather than shrunk
  • Landing pages built for specific campaigns
  • Technical SEO baked into the build: schema, headings, internal linking
  • Core Web Vitals and page speed optimisation
  • Analytics and conversion tracking wired in from day one
  • Migration from an existing site without losing rankings
  • Handover documentation so you are not dependent on me
  • Your site is slow or hard to edit
  • You need a campaign landing page
  • You are replatforming

AI Automation Systems

The repetitive half of marketing handed to a workflow instead of a person, plus the tracking layer that makes everything else measurable.

This is where AI genuinely earns its place in marketing. Not as a gimmick, but for competitor research, audit work, content structure, topical mapping and the repetitive parts of a workflow that should not need a human at all.

It also covers AI visibility: making sure that when someone asks an AI engine for the best option in your category, the sources those engines pull from actually mention you.

  • GA4 and Google Tag Manager setup, with events that map to real business outcomes
  • Meta Pixel and conversion tracking across platforms
  • Funnel and customer journey analysis
  • AI-assisted competitor and market research
  • AI visibility (GEO) audits, citation graph mapping and gap planning
  • Topical mapping and content structure for semantic search
  • Marketing automation for repetitive workflows
  • Technical SEO audits: crawlability, indexation, internal linking, Core Web Vitals
  • Reporting built to answer questions rather than fill a slide deck
  • You cannot attribute marketing results
  • Content and traffic under-perform
  • You want AI used practically

Service 06

Custom Services

If you need a specific digital service that does not fit neatly into the five categories above, tell me the requirement. I will scope it honestly, tell you whether it is something I should be doing, and manage the execution if it is.

There is no separate page for this and no package. It is a conversation about one specific problem, and the fastest way to start it is a message.

Working together

How an engagement starts.

No proposal templates and no packages picked before I understand the business.

  • Business goals
  • Audience
  • Digital presence
  • Channels & data
  • Conversion
  • Long-term growth
  1. Understand

Thirty minutes on your goals, your numbers and what you have already tried. The business, the margins, the customer and what a good lead is actually worth.

  2. Strategize

Business and competitor analysis, plus whatever analytics already exist. Then one plan across channels, ordered by what moves revenue.

  3. Execute

A scoped plan and a budget-based quote built around your actual situation, then campaigns, profiles, listings and tracking built properly the first time.

  4. Optimize

Regular updates and improvements based on real performance. What works gets more budget; what does not gets cut early.

  5. Grow

Scale the parts that are proven, then extend the same system into the next channel.

Questions

Before you get in touch

Do you work with a team or on your own?

Both, depending on scope. Most projects I handle directly. When one needs several skill sets running at once, creative, content, development or campaign management, I bring in a small dedicated team I already work with. You still deal with one person and one plan.

What size of business do you usually work with?

Small and growing businesses, local service businesses and eCommerce brands in particular. I am not built for enterprise procurement cycles, and large agencies are not built for the kind of hands-on attention a small business actually needs.

How do you price work?

It depends on scope, which is why I do not publish packages. After the first conversation and a look at your data, you get a strategy and a budget-based quote for that specific situation.

How long before I see results?

Paid advertising can move within weeks once tracking is correct. Local SEO typically shows movement in six to twelve weeks. Technical and organic SEO compound over months rather than days. I will tell you which one your situation actually needs, and I will not promise a timeline I cannot evidence from previous work.

Can you work with my existing agency or developer?

Yes, and quite often that is the cheapest option for you. If someone already handles your development or creative, I would rather plug into that than replace it.

Do you take on one-off audits?

Yes. An audit is often the right first step when you are not sure whether the problem is traffic, conversion or tracking. You get the findings and the plan whether or not you then hire me to implement it.

Customers are searching right now

Not sure which
one you need?

That is a normal place to start. Thirty minutes on your numbers usually makes the answer obvious, and the call costs you nothing.
