Where I’ve worked & grown
About me
I work with local businesses, online stores and eCommerce brands that already have a product worth selling, and a marketing setup that is not pulling its weight.
Across 20+ eCommerce brands through SEO, paid advertising, conversion work and marketplace growth.
Traffic, conversion, tracking and optimisation treated as one system, because fixing only one of them is what makes marketing budgets disappear.
How I help
Three are the work I do personally. Two are delivered with my team, on the same brief and the same reporting, so nothing gets handed off to a stranger. The sixth is for everything that does not fit a box.
For businesses whose customers are searching nearby. Map visibility that turns searches into phone calls and booked jobs.
Meta and Google campaigns built on tracking that actually works, then judged on revenue rather than reach.
Shopify, Etsy and Amazon stores: listing quality, search visibility and the conversion work that turns visits into orders.
WordPress and Shopify builds that are fast, easy to edit and structured so the SEO work has something to stand on.
With my team
Explore this serviceThe repetitive half of marketing (reporting, research, content prep) handed to a workflow instead of a person.
With my team
Explore this serviceNeed a specific digital service that does not fit the categories above? Tell me the requirement and I will scope it and manage the execution.
When a project needs a developer or an automation build, I bring in people I already work with. You still brief one person, and one person is still accountable for the result.
My experience
No shortcut and no overnight story. A decade of moving steadily from curiosity about the online world into a full digital marketing practice.
Finished school and got seriously curious about the online world, the start of everything that followed.
Completed the CPA Affiliate Marketing & SEO course under a Bangladesh government youth project, alongside a Diploma in Chemical Engineering.
Moved into digital marketing and SEO properly, launched abdalamin.com and started publishing what I was learning.
Worked as an in-house team lead with First Clipping Path and First Global Visa Consultancy Company, supporting digital marketing, team coordination and online growth. Also worked alongside a team under a Dubai-based agency on SEO and eCommerce sites.
Expanded through Fiverr and Upwork while working directly with eCommerce owners on websites, advertising campaigns and long-term growth. Also became Co-Founder & Growth Lead at Fix The Subject.
My approach
Every engagement follows the same five steps, because skipping the first one is why most marketing budgets get wasted.
The business, the margins, the customer and what a good lead is actually worth.
One plan across channels, ordered by what moves revenue rather than what is easiest to launch.
Campaigns, profiles, listings and tracking built properly the first time, with a team when the scope needs it.
Weekly decisions from real performance data. What works gets more budget; what does not gets cut early.
Scale the parts that are proven, then extend the same system into the next channel.
Feedback
How projects tend to run: scope agreed up front, every decision explained before it happens, and reporting written in plain English.
He rebuilt our Google Business Profile and the calls started coming in within weeks. What I valued most was that every change was explained before it happened.
Our store had traffic but almost no orders. He fixed the listings, the tracking and the ad structure, and for the first time I could see which campaign was paying for itself.
We came for SEO and left with a growth plan we actually understood. Reporting is plain English, and he cuts what is not working instead of defending it.
