Before your first batch
What is the usual processing time?
Typical delivery is 24–48 hours, depending on image quantity, complexity, resolution and quality requirements. Larger catalogue drops are booked into a scheduled slot so you get a committed date, and a compressed deadline can usually be accommodated if you tell us up front.
How does payment work?
For single projects, we generally require 50% advance payment, with the remaining 50% due at final file delivery.
For long-term collaboration, after establishing a working relationship over the first three projects, eligible long-term clients may move to monthly billing.
Do you work under NDA and white-label?
Yes. We will sign your NDA or provide ours before any files move, and all output is delivered unbranded so it can go straight to your client under your name.
Is there a free trial?
Yes — on your first order, for up to 10 images. It is the fastest way to check our output against your own standard before committing to volume, and it requires no card and no commitment.
How do I send files?
Share one accessible link — Google Drive, Dropbox, WeTransfer or another file host. We can also work directly inside your FTP or DAM if you would rather the files never moved at all.
