Indicative starting rates for the services we are asked about most. Agency and recurring-volume pricing is quoted per account after a test batch, because a rate set against your actual files beats a rate set against an average.

All rates are starting points for a single image at standard complexity and are quoted in USD. Volume, resolution and edge difficulty move the final figure — for recurring accounts, almost always downward. Send a representative sample and we will quote against your actual files.
What moves the rate
- Volume. Recurring monthly batches are priced well below one-off orders.
- Complexity. A flat product silhouette and a fur-trimmed coat are not the same job.
- Consistency. A repeating spec is cheaper to run than a new brief each time.
- Turnaround. A typical 24–48h cycle is the base; a compressed deadline carries a premium.
Video pricing
Video is quoted per project rather than per minute, because footage volume, deliverable count and versioning requirements vary far more than image work does.
Send the footage volume, the deliverables list and the deadline. Most projects are quoted the same working day, at a fixed price with a delivery date.
Frequently asked questions
Why is agency pricing quoted separately?
Because a published rate has to assume average complexity, and agency work rarely is. After a test batch we can see your actual files and quote against them — which in practice comes in below the published rate for recurring volume.
Is there a minimum order?
No. One image is a valid order. There is no retainer, no monthly minimum and no commitment to a volume band.
How and when am I invoiced?
For single projects we generally require 50% advance payment and the remaining 50% at final file delivery. Once a working relationship is established over the first three projects, eligible long-term clients may move to consolidated monthly billing.
Are revisions charged?
No. If a file did not match the written spec, correcting it is our cost. Revisions are included in the rate rather than billed as a second pass.
Which currencies and payment methods do you accept?
Invoices are issued in USD by default. We accept PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover, and can arrange bank transfer for larger accounts.
