Most of what we produce is published under someone else’s name. That only works if confidentiality is the default rather than an upgrade.
NDA as standard
Signed before the first file moves. Standard on all agency accounts and available on request for any client.
White-label output
Delivered unbranded, in your file naming, ready to forward to your client under your name.
Controlled access
Files are accessible only to the editors assigned to your account, not to the wider floor.
Six months storage
Kept free for six months so you can retrieve a batch, then purged on schedule.
We will sign your NDA, not just offer ours.
If your organisation has its own confidentiality agreement, send it and we will review and sign it before any files move. If you would rather use ours, ask and we will have it with you the same working day. Either way, nothing starts until the paperwork you need is done.

A written spec per client
Your requirements are documented once and become the checklist every batch is measured against — not a verbal brief that decays over time.
An internal QA pass
Every batch is reviewed against that spec before it leaves — edge quality, colour consistency, naming and output format.
Revisions at our cost
If something missed the spec, fixing it is on us. Revisions are included in the rate rather than billed as a second edit.
