Frequently asked questions
Do you use automated background removal?
No. Every path is drawn by hand. Automated cutouts fail on hair, transparency, reflective surfaces and fine product edges — exactly the cases agencies send us. Hand-drawn paths are the reason the output is forwardable without a check.
Can you match an existing style guide?
Yes, and we prefer it. Send a set of approved finals from a previous shoot and we will work to those rather than to our own defaults. We document what we derive and reuse it on every subsequent batch.
What happens with layered files?
Layers stay intact. We deliver flattened output in the formats you ask for and keep the layered PSD available so your team can pick the work back up at any point.
How is bulk volume priced?
Per image, adjusted for volume and complexity. Recurring accounts are quoted after a test batch so the rate reflects your actual files rather than an average.
